We’ve dealt with a fair few estate agents over the years, but Matthew Green at Mortimer & Gausden has honestly been one of the best we’ve ever come across. From the moment we met him, he just had such a genuine warmth and kindness about him! The sort of person who instantly puts you at ease. :) He didn’t just show us around; he really took the time to chat, offer clever ideas, and share local knowledge. He even gave us brilliant tips about the garden — how to section it off to make it more interesting — which we thought was so creative! He interacted so sweetly with our little girl too, and you could just tell he’s one of life’s good people for sure! :) Even after we’d left, he followed up with extra genuine advice and local information, which was above and beyond. I had a great experience with M&G from start to finish. Viewings were arranged and co-ordinated perfectly. Communication was efficient and timely. Everyone I came into contact with were very friendly and professional. After I’d put my offer in, I expected the usual sale pitch to use a particular mortgage broker or solicitor but there was none of that, which I found really refreshing. During the buying phase, Lynn did a wonderful job of keeping me updated and worked hard to chase anything that was needed, making the whole buying process super smooth and easy for me.
