What a lovely company M and G are! Matthew and Ian came to value my house and were so personable, approachable and honest. I felt I could trust them (along with many I’m rather cynical about estate agents) -to hold my hand throughout the whole process of moving and that they really understood me personally and my own vision of marketing the house along with using their own considerable experience. I did a great deal of research when choosing who to represent my house; comparing photographs, descriptions, sales of properties, lengths of market time, websites and testimonials. But they also shared market insight that I had not known and gave a thoughtful detailed personal approach to marketing my property.
