	Local Press Advertising We always advertise all our properties on a regular basis. We use large display boxes and informative text to make sure your property is marketed to its full potential. We send all our new instructions to the press to seek additional editorial coverage,and continually update photograph and text so that your home receives regular interest. Sales Particulars Every property is different and so too are our sales particulars. In order to make sure potential buyers really understand what makes your property special we individually desk top publish our sales details so that they are clear, concise and packed with both internal and external photographs. Internet Coverage These days all Estate Agents advertise their properties on Rightmove, however, very few take the time and effort to use the media properly. If you look at any of our listings on Rightmove, you will see a floor-plan, numerous photographs and an opportunity to open a PDF of the full sales particulars. Many agents miss off addresses, directions and only list very brief information. Floor Plans It is surprising that probably only half of the local Estate Agents offer floor plans of their properties, and indeed some that do, seem to get them wrong! We spend a lot of time preparing a floor plan for every property we sell. We know how useful they are for potential buyers, and research shows that sales particulars with an accurate floor plan are more likely to attract a buyers interest. Energy Performance Certificates It is a legal requirement that before a property sells, an Energy Performance Certificate must be prepared. We can get this prepared for you, include it on our sales particulars and pass it on to your legal representative.
