Where possible we will then give examples of similar properties that are currently
available or better still, sold.

We will then offer our opinion of value based on the prevailing market conditions,
local competition and selling advantages of your home.

We will give you an honest opinion of what is the best price that is likely to be
achieved based on your timescales.

We will discuss our selling fees and terms of business and, if you wish, details
of other costs such as HIPS and conveyancing.

All valuations are then confirmed in writing.
