After years of incredible service, one of our much-loved team members is setting off on a new adventure. While we’re sad to see her go, we’re excited to welcome someone new to our office!
Who are we looking for?
We need a friendly, super-organised, and fabulous individual who’s ready to be at the heart of our team. This is a varied and rewarding role, perfect for someone who enjoys both people and process!
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Sales negotiation and administration
- Organising team diaries and keeping everything running smoothly
- Welcoming clients to our office as the first smiling face they see
- Booking appointments, viewings, and valuations
- Some occasional accompanied viewings

This week, our office hosted a member of the East Anglian Air Ambulance team, who trained us in administering CPR. This life-saving skill takes just minutes to learn but can make the difference between life and death during a cardiac arrest.
This topic is especially close to our hearts, as our director, Ian Gausden, suffered a cardiac arrest in 2023. Without receiving CPR, he would not be with us today.
